WINDOW CLEANING SERVICE:

We clean your windows all year round based on a 4 & 8 weekly frequency , we do not accept requests to postpone our service in winter months.

 
WEATHER CONDITIONS:

Our pure water systems work in all weathers, therefore weather conditions are not an acceptable reason for postponing our services. We can clean your home/premises in all conditions without affecting quality, including heavy rain.If you are not happy with the clean you have a 24hr period to complain and we will come back and clean them free of charge.

 
LOCKED GATES:

We offer a text/email service for locked gates , we will text/email you the evening before to let you know we will need access the next day , if gates are left locked we still charge 100% . All window that we can access will be cleaned.

 
BUILDING WORK:

We need to be notified of any building work that is to be started on your property,this includes ,extensions ,driveways, scaffolding, roofing and any exterior painting , If the property has cement/paint on the glass after any works carried out we will not be able to remove this due to scratch risk.

 
PAYMENT:
All payments for domestic properties are to be made within 7 days of the invoice

Payments for commercial 30 days of the dated invoice.

 
COMPLAINTS:

All complaints must be made within a 24hr period , we will then return to the property and re-clean any areas you are not happy with free of charge.

 
CANCELING OUR SERVICES:
You must provide at least 30 days’ written notice before the next scheduled date. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge for any work scheduled within this period.
